None of the advanced imaging techniques could effectively challenge or replace its role in diagnosing and managing glaucoma. It remains a tremendously valuable diagnostic and therapeutic adjunct to ophthalmic care and is vital in classifying glaucoma. Although it is a simple, quick and inexpensive modality, inexperienced physicians may find it challenging at first. Lack of routine gonioscopy often culminates in misdiagnosis and maltreatment. A team of glaucoma experts present you with the basic examination techniques, types of lenses used, techniques in overcoming special and challenging situations, documentation and video capturing.
