Abstract

In the last decade and a half, Infection Control & Prevention have expanded a lot and have reduced incidence of Post Operative Infections. However in view of the ever threatening Cluster Infection & TASS this VIDEO INTERACTIVE course is designed to impart updated knowledge on various sterilization protocols for OT & Instrument Sterilization. It will explain use of steam, Flash, ETO & Plasma Sterilizers’s. Step by step management of Instrument Cleaning, Drying, Packing & Sterilization will be explained with video assistance. Apart from this equally important are Physical, Chemical & Biological Indicators to make sure of optimal & effective process will be demonstrated. Ideal Surveillance including Microbiological, Air & Water which is an integral part of maintain an OT will be described in detail. The Course will be conducted by Faculty who have over 15years of Experience each in Infection Control and Prevention with Videos to demonstrate in detail
