Abstract

This instruction source is primarily intended for young ophthalmologists who faces career dilemma ‘s of what to do soon after residency, whether they should join a fellowship or should they start with a private practice. We bring forward all the available options and layforth all the ugly truths behind these options that awaits them, so that they can take the right decision. Tips to face fellowship exams as well as international fellowships will also be discussed. How to start a research career and get maximum publications right from residency is another important topic of discussion.Also helping the young ophthalmologists to find the right balance between professional and personal goals and stay stress free is also a highlight of this session.
