Abstract

This instruction course focuses on the journey towards building a hospital practice which is smart and efficient. It touches upon topics right from designing infrastructure, man power, communication, networking, marketing and data based analytics to gather practice insights. As doctors, our deficiency in non clinical skills like finance, communication, problem solving, data management etc, may negatively impact our true growth potential. This course aims to empower aspiring entrepreneurs as well as seasoned practitioners in taking forward their practice through ideas from organizational management, soft skills, finance management etc. We are hopeful that an understanding of the topics will help in a more authentic and rooted growth. The course also includes a panel discussion at the end.
