Abstract

When a diagnosis is accurate and made in a timely manner, a patient has the best opportunity for a positive health outcome. In spite of ever-increasing options for diagnostic testing, a guide to reach the correct diagnosis is always helpful. Pathogenesis of retinal diseases is complex and multifactorial, giving rise to a wide range of potential biomarkers. Utilizing these imaging characters, we give a simplified manner to come to the diagnostic conclusion. This IC will be a visual thriller for all those who have an interest in the field of retinal imaging. This IC will give a short, dynamic review of various disease entities through various imaging modalities. For sure, it will be a cognitive feast for all the attendees including the post-graduates (from an exam point of view) the general ophthalmologists, and medical retinal practitioners.
