It is not unlikely for glaucoma specialists to encounter secondary glaucomas in their clinical practice..Secondary glaucomas are typically associated with identifiable ocular or systemic cause for the intra ocular pressure spike..These conditions can be either open angle or closed angle type. Prompt diagnosis of the causative factor is of utmost importance in the management . Our aim is to show light in diagnosing and managing a few types of secondary glaucomas that are not uncommon in clinical practice.
