Abstract

Ophthalmology is an ever growing dynamic specialty that has a lot to offer both clinically and academically. The healthcare industry has undergone tremendous changes in last decade with immense opportunities to young doctors worldwide. After finishing post-graduation the majority of doctors are in a dilemma. In this progressive world of academic competence, junior residents and young ophthalmologists in their initial years should try maximum to attain academic and clinical knowledge. Clearing international and national exams will orient their clinical skills and academic knowledge. Many exams have step-wise approach with multiple parts.
