Abstract
Primary angle closure glaucoma ( PACG ) forms almost half of all adult primary glaucomas seen in a hospital setting in India. There exists a spectrum of stages in the PACG disease and this has been extensively studied over the last decade . The overlapping classifications , natural history and disease course is known to most ophthalmologists . This instruction course aims to provide an insight into the essentials and advances that an ophthalmologist would like to listen to and update on primary angle closure disease .
