With the advent of newer disease modifying drugs for various rheumatological conditions retinal toxicity is on the rise.Ocular monitoring is very important in these conditions.Similar to that since the incidence of TB pts is increasing ATT induced optic nerve disease also should be detected early.In this scenario this topic is very much relevant for a general ophthalmologist for early detection and proper reference of these cases
