Abstract

This particular module focuses on managing keratoconus which is a condition causing progressive thinning of cornea that adversely affects the health and functionality of the cornea. Over the past two decades, there was a paradigm shift in the management of keratoconus. This course shall guide ophthalmologists through the effective management principles and detailed planning of long term care. With this didactic lecture, this course builds clinical judgment and decision-making competencies under authentic conditions. This module is suitable for all who wish to refine their management skills, deepening their understanding of keratoconus as a patient-centric, multidisciplinary clinical condition.
