Abstract

As per the KSOS Presidents initiative during 2024-25 we have conducted CME and talks across the state for increasing legal literacy. This will be the last program of the series. This session will be an interactive one led by qualified persons. It will highlight how to answer legal notices? what is the amount of professional indemnity needed? how to take ideal consents? what is the difference in CPA and IPC and BNS with latest amendments? and finally how to face the legal proceedings without loosing cool. It will be a useful session for any medical practitioner
